What are your hours of operation?

Our team cleans Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 PM and is closed for all statutory holidays. If you are interested in weekend and evening cleanings, please inquire about availability.

Do you have different levels of pricing for organization services?

Yes! We have three tiers of packages that accommodate all needs, wants, lifestyles and budgets. All packages start with a FREE 30 min in-home consultation where we will go over your budget, timeline, goals and measurements of the space if needed.

The packages include decluttering, editing, sorting, cleaning and organizing. We will develop a customized plan, send you a quote and go shopping! We can also coordinate a donation, junk removal, handyman and closet installs.

TIER ONE - This package aims to create functions and systems that will help with the day-to-day organization of your family. It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but it gets the job done, and you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders knowing where everything is. This includes the cost of the time we spend in your home organizing. However, different from tier two and three, we use the items you already have or ones that you have purchased yourself. Complimentary labels are included.

TIER TWO - Level up one more to include the time cost in your home, develop a custom plan for your space, and pre-buying cost-effective storage products. Complimentary labels are included.

TIER THREE - The whole meal deal! This is the ultimate package! This includes the cost of the time in your home, developing a custom plan for your space and pre-buying luxury, quality storage products to suit your interior decor and high-end custom labels.

What is the minimum amount of time I can book?

We require a minimum of a two-hour clean. From our experience, this is the minimum amount of time for our team to complete a quality regular clean.

Do you bring all the necessary cleaning supplies?

Yes, we’ve got you covered! No need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment.

What if I want eco-friendly cleaning products to be used?

Absolutely! While house cleaning is necessary, we believe it can be done in environmentally friendly ways. As such, we strive to use eco-friendly and non-toxic products to look out for both you, us and the environment at large. If this is something you also value, place your request before we arrive, and we would be happy to accommodate.

Do we tip the cleaner?

Tips are not expected nor required but always appreciated by the Lemon & Pine cleaners. Tips can be added on extra when sending payment, 100% of the tip goes straight to your cleaner.

Do you send the same cleaners each time?

We always try to send the same cleaner to each household. However, sometimes we have to switch up the team!

Can I be home when the cleaner is coming?

Absolutely, but you don’t need to be. If you cannot be home during your Lemon & Pine clean you can leave us with a key or door code; we would be happy to let ourselves in.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Life happens, and we get it! However, please respect the time and organization of our company and let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your service, you will be charged 30% of your service. If you are cancelling or freezing your cleaning services we do require 14 days notice.

Should I tidy before the cleaners come?

Yes, please! We know that sounds a little funny, but we would greatly appreciate a declutter before your cleaner arrives.

Do you clean pet-friendly homes?

Yes, we love all the furry friends! Please give us notice before the clean of the type of pet and if your four-legged friend has any quirks or if they need to be kennelled. If your pet is aggressive or our team member feels unsafe, you must kennel your pet or have them outside or in garage during the clean. Any pet messes will be decided by the cleaners if they choose to clean up.

Are there any areas of the home the team doesn’t clean?

We do not do dishes and laundry during our regular and deep cleans. Please let us know if you require those services in advance, and extra time can be added.

Is your company insured?

Yes, we have full liability insurance along with WCB. We also require all employees to provide a background check.

What if I’m not happy with something?

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, if something isn’t just as you like it, let us know, and we will do our best to make it right.

How can I pay my invoice?

Lemon and Pine will email you an invoice within 24 hrs once your clean is complete. Payments can be made by e-transfer or cheque, we also accept credit card for larger sum payments. Lemon & Pine requires same-day payment.

Do you share on social media?

Lemon & Pine loves to share the before and afters of cleans on social media. We also love when our clients share how happy they are to come home to a clean house. If you prefer not to have photos of your home shared please let us know and we will add a note to your file. All images will never share personal information about you or your family.

Are you open STAT Holidays?

Lemon & Pine Co is closed on all statutory holidays. All scheduled cleans that land on a STAT holiday will be cancelled and we will do our best to move your clean to another day that week. If we are fully booked you will be added to the cancellation list.

We are closed this year for Christmas holidays from Dec 24th 2024 opening again on Jan 6th 2025
